Samples First, Always
We provide fragrance samples to help our customers explore scents before committing to a full-size purchase. This ensures that every purchase is made with confidence and satisfaction in mind.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal scent preferences once the full-size product has been opened. This includes cases where the fragrance has been sprayed or tested, as samples are provided specifically for this purpose.

Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to open the box upon receipt to:
• Verify that the bottle is intact and undamaged
• Confirm that the atomizer functions properly

If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a clear explanation, and we will gladly arrange a replacement.

If the product is in perfect working condition, it is considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
